Commission on first-year revenue · deal registration · no quotas · no certification course
memco is the learning layer that makes agents compound instead of reset. Introduce it to the teams that already trust you — we run everything after the introduction, and you earn on every one that becomes a customer.
The introduction
Every morning, your agents wake up knowing nothing about your company. There’s a layer that fixes that — want an intro?
- It lands on contact
Every team running agents feels the amnesia problem daily. You’re naming a pain, not selling a product.
- The demo does the convincing
Our second-task proof shows one agent’s correction improving a different agent’s work. You never have to argue.
- Nothing to procure up front
Individuals start free, so an introduction costs your client nothing to test.
Pick your motion
Refer it, co-sell it, or build it into your practice.
Three ways in, one programme. Most partners start with a referral and step up when the first deal closes.
- the one-hour motionRefer
- you do
- A warm introduction to a team already running agents. That is the whole job.
- we do
- Demo, pathfinder, pricing, close, support — you never touch a quote.
- you earn
- Commission on the customer’s first-year revenue.
- where most partners start
- you stay in the roomCo-sell
- you do
- Bring the relationship and the domain context; sit in on the pathfinder.
- we do
- Product, proof and engineering. We work your account plan, not around it.
- you earn
- A larger share, reflected in your terms.
- the services motionDeliver
- you do
- Implement and operate memco inside the agent workflows you already ship.
- we do
- Enablement for your team, reference architectures, a named engineer.
- you earn
- Your services revenue on top of the referral share.
How you earn
One hour of your credibility. A year of commission.
No percentages on a marketing page — real numbers arrive in writing with your terms. The structure, though, is simple:
- 1 · you · an hour at mostWarm introduction
- 2 · us · with you in the loopPathfinder or trial
- 3 · their call, on the evidence · emphasisedThey become a customer
- 4 · as the customer paysCommission paid
registered introductions stay yours
introduce → we run it → they buy → you earn on first-year revenue
Introductions that don’t convert cost you nothing — no fee, no obligation, no awkward follow-up. We handle the no.
Protection
The part most programmes get wrong.
Partners don’t leave over commission rates. They leave when the vendor goes around them. So the protections are the programme:
- 01Deal registration
Your introduction is logged with a date and protected. If it’s already an active conversation, we tell you before you spend an hour on it — not after.
- 02A named contact
One person owns your introductions end to end. No partner portal purgatory, no ticket queue.
- 03We co-sell the first one
Your first introduction gets us in the room with you — demo, technical answers, pathfinder scoping.
- 04No quotas, no pay-to-play
No certification course, no annual commitment, no resale obligations. Introductions work because they’re warm.
Asked before applying
The fine print, out loud.
What do I actually earn?
A commission on the customer’s first-year revenue, paid as they pay. Co-selling earns a larger share than a bare referral. Exact percentages and schedule are in the terms you receive on acceptance — we’d rather share real numbers in writing than marketing numbers on a page.
What if my client is already talking to memco?
Deal registration is checked the moment you log the introduction. If the account is already an active conversation, you hear that immediately, so you never burn credibility on an introduction that was already in motion.
Do I need to be technical or demo the product?
No. You make the introduction; memco runs the demo, the pathfinder and the technical conversation. Co-selling and delivery partners can go as deep as they like, with enablement from us.
Is there a quota, fee or exclusivity?
None. No minimum introductions, no partner fee, no exclusivity in either direction. Inactive partnerships simply stay quiet.
Can my firm also deliver implementation services?
Yes — that’s the Deliver motion. You keep your services revenue; the referral share on the software is unaffected.
Who is a good first introduction?
A team that already runs coding or knowledge agents seriously — and complains that every session starts from zero. If you’ve heard “we keep re-explaining the same things to it”, that’s the one.

Four fields, read by a person. A fit earns a short call and terms in writing; either way you hear back within a few working days. partners@memco.ai
