Phil is our President and Head Mad Scientist who enjoys the role of leader, teacher and inventor. With a passion for ensuring the transference of unique skills honed over many decades are transferred to the the next generation of MEMCO team members. Phil’s long history of providing innovative solutions to the CPG manufacturing sector started when Phil joined his father’s Industrial Electrical contracting business at the time when PLC’s and computers were brand new! Over the years Phil applied his insatiable curiosity to bring innovative automation and controls solutions to the CPG manufacturing sector and subsequently went on to lead his father’s business and transform it into an electrical and mechanical design firm known as MEMCO Engineering. With the technology landscape shifting rapidly, Phil has worked with Lance to transform MEMCO Engineering into present day MEMCO, a full-service industrial control, automation, and robotics firm with complete design, engineering, fabrication, machining, and electrical systems people all under one roof. MEMCO is the CPG sector’s trusted leader in full, turnkey production line solutions featuring the practical integration of advanced technologies designed to carry the CPG sector into this next industrial transformation.

When Phil isn’t guiding the team on the solutions to our clients’ most complicated projects, he and his family enjoy SCUBA diving around the world.
